Linux Kernel 6.10 rc3 and rc4 w/ IPU6 for Debian
This page contains compiled Linux Kernel 6.10 RC3 and RC4 Debian packages. I have explicitly enabled the IPU6 drivers. This seems to be somewhat functional on my ThinkPad X1 Nano Gen 2 i.e. shows up in /dev/media0 where in previous Kernel versions this required a DKMS or out of tree recompile with the Intel modules.
Getting the webcam working is going to need more work but you can set up the pipeline, etc. following instructions here: https://docs.kernel.org/driver-api/media/drivers/ipu6.html I got this working the first time with the rc4 debs posted below.

Build process
Note: this Kernel was built with
scripts/config --disable SYSTEM_TRUSTED_KEYS scripts/config --disable SYSTEM_REVOCATION_KEYS
and
nice make -j`nproc` bindeb-pkg
Check the .buildinfo for flags, .config, etc.
Remember to modprobe ovxxxxx your camera module.
